anticheat error

i bougt a game two days ago and have anticheat error every time i try to lunch it. i try everything i find on internet ( update, repare ac, repare, reinstal game, secure boost enable ext) and still the same isue. can someone help me to solve this or where can i ask for refund my money?

After a 3 days of unable to solve the problem i ask for a refund and they remove fc 25 from my library without refund my money back or any reply or answer  wtf!!!??
