FC25 season 7 rewards missing

I have created a case as when I came onto FC25 season 7 had finished I had not chosen between ribery and the pack but thought this would auto claim it didn't it has disappeared but my case keeps getting closed and saying resolved this has not been resolved what do I do ???

    As my response is to keep closing the case and saying it has been resolved
