Anticheat Javelin Issue

Game is not able to even launch now;issue shows up as "This software cannot be used at the same time as the game.Please make sure it's not running, or restart your PC.: Interception'' .I tried many things from Windows update ,anticheat reinstalls, unistalling daemon,etc.Dear EA team please guide me & solve issue whatever it is.
