ARROW/BUTTON issue FC 25, Playsation 5 (Pro clubs, etc)

I play Pro Clubs in FC 25 (PS5), and it’s very difficult to level up because of this bug. Sometimes, when we press the arrow/button:

1. The ball seems to be pushed away, as if it’s flicked or tapped repeatedly, even though it shouldn’t behave this way.
2. Occasionally, players can’t pass directly to teammates in front of them, possibly due to the arrow/button bug, causing the player to keep the ball.
3. First touch doesn’t matter because when pressing the arrow/button, the ball sometimes gets flicked or pushed away immediately.
4. I initially thought it was due to skill/attributes issues in Pro Clubs, but it turns out to be purely a bug/error with the button.

I hope the EA Sports team can resolve this issue quickly. I’ve been playing FIFA/EA FC since FIFA 1998 to FC 25, but due to this issue, FC 25 is the worst and most chaotic. Please take action on this.
