Avatar cannot be customized

My online pro clubs avatar's physical appearance cannot be altered nor change whether to my preference nor the presets provided I can only alter his kit and accessories, and this is right across the board from league matches, rush, drop-ins and skill games, he's stuck in the build that I attached.
