Hi there,
I'm currently stuck in the same situation as you described in your post. Last week I got permanently banned from FC 25 for allegedly cheating in matches, despite having never used any cheats or external software. I immediately submitted an appeal, which got rejected today without providing any evidence of cheating, despite my request to EA's support to allow me to see what exactly caused my ban.
Have you had any success with appeals since you made the post? Were you able to get more information from EA's support? I genuinely don't know what more I can do to prove my innocence to EA's support.
