Win counted as a Loss

Dear EA Support,

As shown in the attached video, I was playing Seasons Co-op with a friend when our opponent quit the match. This situation should have resulted in a win for us, but instead, the game incorrectly registered it as a loss.

This is a very frustrating issue, and we would appreciate your help in understanding what went wrong and whether anything can be done to correct it.
