Banned after trial play - Error code: EC10901

After I play 5h in trial mode, i got banned when game came into Game Pass (PC), no info about bug, no info about fixing it, my ban apeal (#213562409) no answer. Does anybody working on it? Or I am cheater because i play in demo mode? EA can I get some info? Why is it taking so long?
