Cant even launch the game
Every time i try to launch the game Through CloudPlay, it says that i dont not own the game or that i dont have the right subscription. I"ve triple checked everything and it all looks right so i dont know if its them or xbox. The issue began two weeks ago when the game unexpectedly crashed. Now, every time I try to launch it, the screen turns green and freezes right after the personal settings page. I've already reinstalled the game six times and confirmed my drivers are up to date. Hi EA Team, I play EAFC 25 through Amazon Luna. When I try to log into the Web or Companion Apps, I get the message: "Early Web and Mobile Access has expired. Please log on on PC or Xbox to allow access." The issue is that as a Luna-only player, I don’t own a PC or console version of EAFC 25. This means there’s no way to complete the required one-time login step to Ultimate Team outside of Luna. As a result, Luna players are permanently locked out of the Web and Companion Apps, even though we are paying to play the game via Luna. This feels very unfair to cloud players. We’re using an official platform (Amazon Luna), yet we can’t access features that other players get by default. Could EA please: Allow Luna logins to count for Web/Companion App access, OR Provide an alternative method for Luna-only players to authenticate? EA Help support confirmed this limitation but could not provide a solution. They suggested raising the issue here so the development team is aware. Thank you for looking into this. Hi everyone, I'm having a serious problem with this game. Almost every time I launch FC25, it keeps crashing at the end of the splash art loading screen, and when that happens, the EA app opens, sometimes displaying the message "Unable to launch the game right now, please try again later." I play on an Asus laptop I bought two months ago, which meets all the game's prerequisites and only has the EA Steam app and NFS Heat installed. I purchased FC25 through Steam. I've tried every possible solution I could think of (or found online): Reinstalled the game Reinstalled thousand times the javelin-anticheat validate files through steam (it usually ask me to download again three files) restart the pc (again and again and again) reload the game a shocking amount of times added the game to my antivirus exceptions None of the themes have worked, and I'm really angry and frustrated. I’ve been playing this game smoothly at 1080p, 120Hz, with low settings—getting a consistent 120 FPS without any lag or stutter. However, over the past three weeks, I’ve been experiencing severe lag and stuttering out of nowhere. I’ve tried every possible solution I could find online, including a full system wipe and reinstalling only the game, but nothing has worked. I’m confident this is not a hardware issue because: The game used to run flawlessly on the same setup. I’ve monitored my system (temps, usage, clocks, etc.), and everything looks normal. I’m completely out of ideas and would really appreciate any help or suggestions. P.S. this has nothing to do with my internet/network since most of my testing is done in kick off (offline) mode. Hello, After a recent update of EA Sports FC 25 on PC, my career save files have completely disappeared. The game recognizes my profile and loads the settings, but none of my Career Manager saves (CareerXXX.sav) are detected. The game now takes much longer to start, showing a black screen for an unusually long time before the main menu. I have checked the local folder (C:\Users\(username)\AppData\Local\EA SPORTS FC 25\settings) and there are no .sav files. I also verified Steam Cloud (which isn’t used for FC 25) and OneDrive; nothing has my saves. Please advise if there is any way to restore my career saves, or if this is a known bug after the update.
