Cross-Play Not Working in Online Friendlies (PC & Xbox Series X)
Hello, I’m experiencing an ongoing issue with cross-play functionality in EA SPORTS FC 25, specifically in the Seasons Online Friendlies mode. I play on PC, while my friend is on Xbox Series X. Since the Title Update in October 2024, we have been unable to connect for matches despite cross-play being enabled for both of us. Please provide an update on ETA or how to fix this request is being bumped
[PC] EA FC25 Career Mode Crashes While Getting Next Season
Hello, I'm currently at the end of season 2027/2028, and the game crashes on the loading screen when moving to the next season. I have never had this problem before. Controller not working on Eafc25 PC version
I have a Nintendo Switch controller. I've tried also to switch off steam input and EA overlay (photo 1a 1b 1c 1d). If I try to switch off and, on the controller, after I launch the game, works for one second then only remains the icons for the controller (photo 2 3). When I enter in the match, it shows that it's there together with the keyboard, but I cannot move anything with it (photo 4). Before, I was using it in FIFA 23 together with DS4 and everything was fine.
Wrong promo card and Evo card names
my promo cards are not displaying correctly and my evo selectable cards have a weird name (probably their database names) eg."*AcadamySlot82D..." and I have tried everything to fix it but to no avail its making my FS evo journey really difficult because i don't know what playstyles I'm selecting. someone please help me I've had this bug for months.
Squad Battles crash FC25
Can anyone help me with this problem please? I can play normally in other modes like Rush, Rivals and Friendlies in FUT. But whenever i start a SB match, the game automatically shutdown. It doesn't matter what device i play on, there is the same problem. Could it be anything related my account?
EA account cannot log in to FC25UT mode
Dear EA consultant and community manager, my EA account regarding FC25 received an email on January 29th regarding a violation of the sales agreement. As I did not violate any game agreement, this was also an erroneous ban by EA. Two days later, I heard from someone that this erroneous ban had been overturned. I checked my account's ban history and it showed that it had been overturned. However, I have been unable to log in to FUT and the web client for several days now. In the past few days, I have consulted EA's online consultant multiple times and tried many methods, such as reinstalling the game, clearing the cache, having online clients help me change the password for my EA account, and today the online consultant told me that game updates can solve the login problem, but I still cannot log in to FUT and web clients. I hope EA's technical team can help me solve this problem. Although this EA account cannot log in to FUT, it can play online modes such as season and club modes, and also update online lineups, which confuses me. I once again hope that EA's technical team can solve this problem as soon as possible.
