banned for no reason, after three appeals no reason given and ban still in place

Hello, hope all are well. I was banned on November 5th on one of my other accounts while playing FC25. The reason for the ban was never ever stated, as well as the initial ban email was non-existent...

If you have not used all 3 disputes yet, you're welcome to submit another. Unfortunately, we're not able to help with banned accounts over Answers HQ. All the information on bans that we have can be found in the article here.

    Hi @EA_Aljo,

    In the email it is mentioned they will no longer respond or act, so I feel its pointless to check. I've tried everything in the forums and nothing.

      You must have used up all 3 disputes then. I wasn't sure about that. Unfortunately, the ban will need to remain in place in that case.

        Hi again @EA_Aljo,

        Firstly, yeah I made it unclear in the first post that it was three emails total, I was just really mad at the time. Secondly, the point was to receive at least a proper reason for the ban, not only get my ban overturned. However the second thing would've been nice too.
