banned for no reason, after three appeals no reason given and ban still in place

Hello, hope all are well. I was banned on November 5th on one of my other accounts while playing FC25. The reason for the ban was never ever stated, as well as the initial ban email was non-existent...

When did you submit the dispute? It can take several days to get a response. Especially, during the holidays.

Hi, the case was submitted on Dec 12th, any follow up I provide gets auto closed as 'no fix' or 'duplicate' and I've not had any engagement other than a one time code which I provided within the same hour.

    @GrimeyRL 

    Have you resumed the case? If so, that pulls it from the queue so ToS won't be able to review it. Since you haven't had a response in almost 2 weeks, submit another dispute and wait for a response. Make sure not to resume it.

    @EA_Aljo Ticket closed again marked as 'duplicate'. Not only that a banned account makes you unable to unlink any of your Steam, discord etc. So EA have essentially hard locked me because they chose to ban people who actually give them money. Make it make sense!

    If you have one closed as a duplicate, it means you probably have one already open for the same issue. Let that one get a response before submitting another, identical, case.
