Banned Permanent of My Account

Guys, I need your help, last month I made EA account for the first time and play FC25 from steam, FYI I also link my EA account with my Steam account and my phone number. long short story I played my FC25 for 3 hours something and turn it off, the next day I plan to play again and suddenly I got notification that mt account got banned permanently for no reason, they only mention that I violated User Agreement and Term of Sale that I have no idea at all about my violatin. I tried to send email to EA for dispute my banned but it was rejected for no reason, and I sent my 2nd email to them just to ask unlink my banned account to my Steam and my phone number but the result is still same. IT WAS **bleep**ING REJECTED (AGAIN), so I cannot play my FC25 and wasted my money just for this **bleep**ty case that I have no idea about it. This is so annoying and make me so **bleep**in' frustrated and upset. **bleep** EA!!
