FC 25 installed via Xbox Game Pass on PC. Game launches to splash screen then crashes. Event Viewer shows EA Javelin Anticheat Event ID 1000, fc25.exe exited unexpectedly with exit code 0xFFFFFFFF. Issue started around 21-22 May 2026. Verified game files, reinstalled EA Anticheat, SFC scan clean, all drivers up to date. Valorant and other games work fine

2. Disable possible conflicting software
3. Clean boot
4. Repair Windows system files
Open elevated CMD:
sfc /scannow
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
Then reboot.

Hi Barry,
1) I don't have ASUS Armory Crate installed as my laptop is HP Envy 16
2) Reinstalled GPU Drivers and disabled XMP and GPU overclock.
And its still the same the splash screen comes it launchs anti cheat and then shows launching game and then just crashs instantly like the application window also doesn't come and it crashs.

Did this multiple times , did not work , also i tried F1 25 and that too didn't work. So has to anticheat problem.
I was having the exact same issue but then I went in system configuration and services hid the microsoft ones and disabled everything but the EA ones then it launched
