Been an error

Hello, I have a PlayStation 5 and play FC 25. For the past few days, I haven’t been able to connect. I think the error message means I’m banned, but I only play online for friendly matches—I haven’t broken any rules. My internet is just a bit weak sometimes. Ali_fahiminia
