I've recently completed the last seasonal objectives and got my last sp points however when i went to the season pass to claim my last rewards it said "maximum hourly sp cap reached". Since i did much more objectives in one day and never experienced a cap this was weird. I went back to the objectives tab maybe i could claim the points again but no, they were already claimed. So what happened. I went on forums to see if anyone had the same issues and turns out that yes, and it's happening for months and customers service keeps telling to all of the people that this will be solved soon but they don't know a specific time and this is going on for months as I've seen over the internet. This happened to me last night. I also wrote a ticked in the first ticket they said the same i have to wait bla bla they don't know until when. The next ticket i specifically said i paid for those rewards i used real money to play the game. I was playing the demo and i like it so i used real money to play the full game and season pass is a part of the full game so i would like to receive my rewards i paid for. The second ticket i sent them i actually talked on the chat with the support and they said they can't help me i have to wait and then he closed my case saying "no fix available" . This scam from ea is going on forever i can see and they don't willing to help us until we take legal actions. I even talked to a third guy and said the second guy closed my case saying he doesn't have a solution and the third guy also said he is closing my case there is no fixing. I attached the proof of how corrupt EA is and their Indian scammer customer service Mr. Kunj and Mr.AkshayK . They have no solution for this but they also not handing out the packs and this is a total scam in their policy.27Views0likes0CommentsCareer Mode BUG: Youth Scout reports show wrong players or “null” (PS5)
This bug is seriously breaking Career Mode. When using more than one Youth Scout, all scouts DO return their reports, but: Only the first scout’s report can be viewed correctly. Opening the 2nd or 3rd scout report: Shows the players from the first scout again, or Displays a “null” message. This makes managing the Youth Academy unreliable and frustrating, especially in long-term saves. Expected behavior: Each Youth Scout report should display its own unique list of players. Actual behavior: Reports are duplicated or unreadable. Frequency: Happens every time or very frequently. Temporary workaround: Using only ONE scout at a time, which defeats the purpose of having multiple scouts. ⚠️ This is NOT a visual glitch. It’s a functional bug that directly affects Career Mode progression. Hello all, please help with this issue. On Playstation 5 I used FIFA 22 for years without problems. Now I just purchased the FC25 and can't login to my account. On Playstation5 I have a separate account for me and my son. The son account is defined in PS settings as a "child account" of mine. On ea.com we also have separate accounts but not defined as parent-child (and I would like to keep it that way). On ea.com settings I unlinked my ea.com account from my Playstation account. On ea.com settings I linked my son's ea.com account to his Playstation account. When logging in from the site everything seems ok. When logging in from the Playstation to play it gives an error message: "Unable to Login, We cannot complete this action at this time. Hi everyone. I’m trying to upgrade to Ultimate Team in FC25 but I keep getting a message that the store isn’t available at the moment and to try again later. This has been the same for the last few days. I play on a PS5 with a 1000/1000 Mbit/s connection and consistently achieve a connection score of 95+% according to your own metrics. Everything is connected via LAN cable. The game has become completely unplayable. I've been playing since December, and although there were rare moments when it worked acceptably, those were exceptions. Player commands via the controller are delayed or ignored entirely, passes are unreliable and often go in completely unintended directions, and it takes a miracle to make a player with the ball sprint. Overall, the player movement is choppy, and animations fail to load correctly. It seems there is a serious issue with optimization or synchronization that breaks the core gameplay. In competitive modes like FUT Champions, skill becomes irrelevant — the winner is often the one with slightly better gameplay conditions. What’s also puzzling is that sometimes the gameplay conditions differ significantly between players — I may experience lag and sluggish controls while my opponent plays smoothly, even though crossplay is disabled. Other times, both sides seem to suffer from poor responsiveness, suggesting broader synchronization or performance issues. I have ensured the game is always fully updated, and I have also performed multiple clean reinstalls — not only of the game itself but also of the entire PS5 system software. I’ve tested different PS5 consoles, multiple controllers, a separate internet connection with a different ISP, and even another monitor. The issue remains unchanged. Can you investigate and fix this issue, which clearly affects many players? Or should I proceed with a refund request under EU Directive 2019/770, which states: Digital content must be functional, compatible, and suitable for normal use. If it is defective (e.g., poor performance, serious bugs, or unplayability), the consumer is entitled to a repair, price reduction, or refund.
