FC25 Pro Clubs Servers
For the past few weeks as I’m trying to play pro clubs the servers have been absolutely awful. Constant lagging, not connecting to matches and invisible people ruining the game. If it’s an effort to get people to buy the newest one I won’t fall for it because the exact same happened with the last! I have a 2 year old, I work so many hours and all I want to do is settle down every now and then when I get chance and play pro clubs. I have checked my internet speed and it’s absolutely fine, it was working before so it can only be an issue on the EA side of this, please fix this I just want some down time.
Subject: Unable to Play FC25 Online - White Screen Issue
Hello EA Support Team, I'm having trouble playing FC25 and other EA games online on my PS4 and PS5. When I try, I get a white screen and cannot access the game. My main EA account is linked to PSN. • I see that unlinking PSN is not allowed until January 18, 2026, so I cannot reset the connection myself. I've cleared local saved data and tested with a secondary account, but the issue persists. Could you please check and reset the PSN-EA link for my main account so I can play online without the white screen? Thank you for your help.
Menus are slow and freezing
I’ve had an issue on the ps5 version of fc25 the last few days where I am having to wait literal minutes to do things such as booting up the game, going into my objectives tab in ultimate team, searching for a match, going into the store and many more things. The weird thing is that my gameplay feels fine but the menus are so unbearably slow that I can only play around 3 games an hour. Many times my menus have just froze and I need to restart the application I initially thought it was my network but I have tried other online games and I have had no issue with slow menus or gameplay. I have tried reinstalling the game and using other network connections but the problem is still occurring Any tips? ThanksI can't connect to the Pro Clubs League match.
All other modes work fine. About three weeks ago, when I tried to start a Pro Clubs League match, I lost connection with my opponent. Before that, it worked fine all year. I haven't changed my provider, but the issue is happening on both PS4 and PS5. FC25
