FC25 Stick drift
I seem to have stick drift but it’s not on my controller or joy stick it’s in the game and all other games and the PlayStation menu work it’s only fc25 that doesn’t work and has this stick drift it’s not my ps5 dualsense controller what happens is basically when I’m in the main menu or on the menu screen in a match or in the team management or even in the settings page what happens is it just starts to scroll down uncontrollably and when I’m on the settings it scrolls right so has anyone experienced this and how do I fix it or who can I contact about it
Can’t connect to EA servers – FC25 (PS5)
Hi EA team, I’m trying to play EA SPORTS FC 25 on my PS5, but I keep getting the error message that I’m not connected to EA servers. I’ve tried absolutely everything on my end, including: Restarting the console multiple times Power-cycling the PS5 and router Testing PSN connection (working, NAT type 2) Reinstalling the game completely Deleting saved game data and profile settings Logging out and back in to both PSN and EA accounts Linking and unlinking my EA account Creating a brand-new EA account with region set to United States Opening the EA Help website in incognito mode and from multiple browsers Changing site language/location settings Trying from a completely different device and network Still, I cannot access any online features and always get the same “not connected to EA servers” message. I also tried to reach support through EA Help, but every attempt redirects me to the “help-top-issues” page with no way to actually contact support, even from the US. But when I reached the last task (Goals 150/150) I didn't get the rest of the points Due to this, I cannot complete the entire pass or collect the rewards because it shows that they have already been claimed. When I play the FIFA series, I often feel something is wrong with the preferred foot of the players. For example, Brahim Diaz and Rayan Cherki. Although Brahim Diaz is left-footed, he is right-footed in the game and uses his right foot when dribbling, which is different from reality. As for Rajan Cherki, despite being right-footed he is listed as left-footed in the game, which also differs from reality. However, when it comes to Cherki, in real life he often dribbles with his left foot, so being left-footed in the game makes it more realistic, so I personally don't mind it. First of all, I would like you to fix Brahim Diaz preferred foot. I know there’s already another thread of this but it got no response from ea help team. This achievement has been glitched for a while. You hit your daily sp cap and that’s it you can’t claim anymore because there’s only 30,000 available. Once you claim an objective over your cap the sp disappears and you can never get it back. I’m worried that theres not gonna be another season with FC 27 coming out so I can’t complete it. Not only that but you can’t even delete an ultimate team profile to reset it and try again from scratch! There’s no way to complete this at all without knowing about the cap beforehand which I didn’t. Also if I got this on series x/s version then I wouldn’t even be able to complete it on the Xbox one profile because they’re linked and, again, you can’t delete an ultimate team. please we really need a response because once this season is over it could mean it’s never obtainable and it could be a simple fix of more challenges or another season.

This achievement is unobtainable or at least heavily bugged and missable! Since September, if you play the game normally and complete the quests, you will always reach a dead end and there will be no new quests to compensate for this. If you don't adhere to precisely timed, completely absurd slowdown mechanics that no one can know about, sooner or later you will get stuck. From that moment on, the achievement is 100 % unobtainable! There are several posts about this on here and on reddit for example. Why is EA not taking any action? This problem/bug has existed since September 2025 and has not been fixed! Even writing multiple tickets didn't change anything for me. In the support chat, they just keep saying, "We are aware of the issue and it will be fixed!" But when? EA should be aware that we are paying customers and that this problem would be so easy to solve! Just add a handful of new quests for SP and everything would be fine. Why is the problem being ignored? EA should also be aware that there are people who care about the 100 % achievements and platinum trophies. People who started later and use EA Play (i.e., paying customers again) who are now locked out for good! Just because they might have leveled up too quickly once and 20 quests were exactly enough, and it was calculated so extremely tightly! The whole thing is getting ridiculous! Such an extremely long final season with the same problem. Just help us! There is no reason not to! There's no reason to ignore this bug! There is no reason to leave us alone with this. Everytime I try play the game mode rush it says “there was a problem connecting to the football ultimate team servers. Please try again later. This has been going on for the last 2 days. Does anyone know how to fix this problem I have tried everything and nothing seems to work.
