Being told two different things from EA
Hi
I was banned for coin trading, which I haven’t done. Once I realised I was banned I sent an email to the customer service team and was told that I was still banned as the manual review showed I did do what they are saying.
I then spoke to a live chat advisor, told them that on my trusted websites it was saying I had logged in from Russia and the live chat advisor agreed with me that my account had been hacked and made me change my password. I was then asked to put another email in towards the customer service team and it would be verified. I was emailed back and told that my ban stands even though I’m being told different from the live chat advisor. This makes no sense. The customer service team now won’t help me anymore as they say the matter is closed.
any help?
