Beschwerde zu wichtigen Themen bei EA SPORTS FC 25

I am writing to report three major issues that have significantly impacted my experience with EA SPORTS FC 25:

1. Control Issues: Since purchasing the game, the controls have been severely impaired. The D-Pad, action buttons, and analog stick respond extremely slowly during gameplay, making it impossible to play.

2. Substitution Issues: The R button does not respond during matches, preventing me from making any substitutions.

3. Softlock During Menu Navigation: During a match or simulation, pressing the pause button causes a softlock. When attempting to adjust formations, tactics, or substitutions, the game freezes, and I cannot return to the match, forcing me to restart the console.

I kindly request that the aforementioned issues be resolved promptly. Additionally, I am requesting compensation in the form of PSN credit or a free DLC, as these issues have severely limited my gaming experience and the product does not function as advertised.
