Wrongful ban on ea fc25 EC:10901

I played pro clubs for only 5 hours with the 10 hour trial version of EA FC 25 on game pass and the next day the game came to game pass and when I logged in I realized I was banned. When I looked at the forum it is not just a problem with me it is a problem with many people despite this they said there was nothing wrong with the e-mail I received. I do not have any software related to EA FC 25 on my computer. If there is a technology that can watch my game replays you can understand that I am not cheating. I only logged in to the game once how could I have cheated.

    I send a dispute and I only saw the declined message on EA, but I didn't even get a message asking why it was rejected. As I said before, this is not just a problem with me, there are many people on the forums who got banned because of this problem including my friends. Even though I sent 2 emails, it was rejected twice for no reason. Can you please help instead of giving a quick answer?

    I opened 3 cases. I received rejections for all three without any reason.

    If you are not going to answer my cases, why are you telling me to send a dispute?

    Isn't it your job to help the community? Why don't you answer me? I'm saying I was unfairly banned. I never cheated.

    I've been playing this game for years and I've never experienced anything like this.
