Big stutter in match - losing control of players (PC)

At some point of match, it starts stuttering in match and I start losing control of players, losing "arrow " on them. I can't change "arrow" (L1 button) on players I want, they start running out of t...

@Belmin1709 juys this company will not fix that cause they dont admit the problem at all pc players all of us should stop playing this game for week all of us and this company at this time will take quick action

    Bro I don’t even play for weeks, not one match I have finished when this problem started (almost for a month) and they still don’t start any action. 
    It is unbealivable that playere on PC can’t play a single match and nobody cares.
