Black Screen and Unfair Losses

Im experiencing an issue in ultimate team, especially fut champs on ps5. Before some matches even begin, my screen goes completely black. The game doesn’t crash, but I’m forced to restart since there’s nothing else I can do, and every time, this counts as a loss. This has happened multiple times and is seriously affecting my fut champs progress.
