Black Screen Launching FC 25 PC

I'm experiencing an issue when launching FC 25 on PC through the EA App. After starting the game, everything seems fine on the save selection screen, but when I choose a save, the screen goes black. ...

    Hey everyone, I just resolved this issue a few minutes ago, and I thought it would be helpful to share my experience here. First off, the issue wasn’t related to my computer specs or any settings on my PC. I spent over 10 hours searching for solutions and trying various configurations, but nothing worked. Eventually, I had my friend log into my EA account on their computer, but they also couldn’t play, which confirmed for me that the problem was with my EA ID.

    The way I fixed it was by remembering that I had logged into the game on my laptop before, and when loading the save, it gave me the option to choose between 'Local' or 'Cloud.' I selected the local save, which was from about two weeks ago. I’m not sure what data might have been rolled back, but I’m fairly confident that Ultimate Team (UT) doesn’t rely on save data from that selection, so my UT should be safe. After selecting the local save (as shown in the picture), the game launched normally, and the black screen issue disappeared.

    P.S. I’m sure the whole problem was caused by a corrupted game save. For those who haven’t logged in from another computer, I’m unsure how you could trigger the Cloud Sync screen to appear.
