Black square Pop-up during Game

Anyone seeing this issue or have any ideas; this just randomly appears during the game, Rivals or Squad Battles or playing Friendly ..

Thank you all for your reports. Our team is investigating this issue thanks to all the information shared with us. Your help is greatly appreciated. For now, as a workaround, please disable the text-to-speech setting in the Accessibility menu. This is causing the box to appear when you press the left joystick.

We will let you know once we have more details to share.

PS5 issue
when i start playing moments or rivals everything works after a few games the background goes black.
i can see the triangle that is on top of the player but the field and players are black out.
Any suggestions??

I can play anything on fc25 because as soon as I start it shows a black box in the middle of the tv and the players became irresponsive

on ea fc 25 I have a black box in the middle of my screen that goes on and off.

I get a black box in the middle top of the screen. When I’m in ultimate team, the players freeze.
this only appears in fc25
anyone knows anything?

Does this happen when loading into a specific mode or performing an action in a mode?

If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
