Missing sp

I got 3500 sp yesterday but hasn't updated the season ladder I have reset my console and it's still not working please help

same, i reddeemed the 4k in premium pass and did not get my sp,i talked to an employee and they did not help, ea help please

Me too. I completed the 10 Rivals matches which should have rewarded both 1000 SP for that, and 2000 SP for the Futties SP Chase group. Annoyingly that would take me to the 4000SP reward on the premium pass. EA please sort this. 

I had the same issue today.. anybody managed to get a resolution?
