Happens every weekend, just happened again. Really frustrating if you’re aiming for a certain number of wins and this * keeps happening. The lack of support is ridiculous

There is no fix these guys are making a fool of us, takes our money and then no support we should all do spam their socials with all these messages and issues we are facing let others know due to monopoly in market they are doing so when it was fifa23 we never faced this , since ea has monopoly in this  they just dont care they wud fix it for streamers and pro players. But us no help, am really done with eafc for sure now  now in eafc25 i cant play champs and rivals due to this and fun thing is that i had the same issue in eafc24. Own up your * and fix it EA.

This is still happening to me, after looking for the setting to turn text to speech off, it seems ea have either moved it or gotten rid of it, is there a different fix?

The response was from a live chat support. But it's useless because they just say the same thing. Either edit ur wifi settings, clear cache on the game, or they'll report it to the technical department. They should have enough money to fix these issue since they're not paying FIFA for licensing rights lol. Just started using the PS5 version. no black screen yet but a lot of disconnections. Take me back to the FIFA era, at least I was not disconnected.

just purchased the game and  a stupid black box appears and immobilizes your ability to do a thing???

Disabling the text box does nothing. 4 games lost!!! And going. Way to go FC25.

Were you able to get that resolved? If yes, how did you go about it? I am currently having the same issue and I don’t know how to get it fixed.
