game refuses to enter full screen mode

Hello,

I'm experiencing a persistent issue with EA SPORTS FC 25 on PC. The game refuses to go into true fullscreen mode. Instead, it launches with the top window bar (the white bar with minimize/maximize/close buttons), even though I’ve selected "Fullscreen" in the Display Settings. 

This began suddenly, without any system or settings changes on my end. Until just today, everything worked perfectly.

Here’s what I’ve already tried:
- Clean reinstall of the game
- Disabled OneDrive sync for Documents
- Manually created config files
- Ran the game as Administrator
- Disabled fullscreen optimizations
- Set launch options (fullscreen, -windowed, etc.)
- Checked Windows display settings
- Verified drivers and Windows updates

Nothing has worked. I'm attaching my DxDiag file for reference.

This issue is affecting performance and completely breaks immersion. Please help.
