Bought FC points from the store and never got the

    If it says 1 under remaining, then unfortunately we can't help and you'll need to reach out to PlayStation support. Hopefully they'll get back to you soon so you can get your points.

Hey @thiof28,

Can you quickly double check in your PlayStation order history that you bought points for FC 25 and not FC 24 by accident?

Hello i just checked and it is fc 25. However further inquiries i saw " remainingg =1" on my ps5 transaction which means PSN never sent the points. I also heard it might be because of sony block when countries are different. I am trying to get ahold of an agent from emirates but impossible
