Broken physics (game is too fast)

Hello everyone, I need your help with my FIFA...

This problem has been bothering me for a long time, and I haven’t found any solution anywhere. The issue is that the game randomly starts speeding up and behaving strangely. Passes are extremely fast, and the players feel like hockey players sliding on ice... I don’t even know how to describe it properly, but I occasionally found someone online with a similar problem, though without any solution. I’m attaching a link so you can understand what I mean (the link is from FIFA 22, but this also happens to me in FIFA 25!).
