The solution is as stupid as EA. You have to >go to team management > hover over the tactic that is messed up> activate tactic with triangle > swap positions > save tactic > exit back to squad. Repeat for every tactic you have.
Afterwards if you want to make just check out your tactics and go into team management its fine bit before you exit team management go to your active tactic, click edit player position and then you MUST swap random two players and swap them back otherwise it will mess up all your tactics again.
Obviously I'm not surprised, but how is this simple bug not fixed yet?
They're not even trying to pretend they care about anything else than making money of FUT.
