Can’t claim a majority of premium rewards on premium season pass

I just bought the season pass while I was at level 21 so I claimed the 10k cup from level 20 but after that I couldn’t claim any of the premium rewards from 21 onwards to 31 so I can’t get flashback ...

Hey folks,

we've had a couple similar reports, but this should resolve itself after restarting or essentially logging out of Ultimate Team and then back in.

Let me know if that does the trick for you!
