Can’t claim a majority of premium rewards on premium season pass

I just bought the season pass while I was at level 21 so I claimed the 10k cup from level 20 but after that I couldn’t claim any of the premium rewards from 21 onwards to 31 so I can’t get flashback ...

i didn’t get mij rewards from level 38 and 39. Restart the game and logout but nothing works for me. I payed for the premium pass so i want my rewards from level 38 & 39.
