Can’t claim a majority of premium rewards on premium season pass

I just bought the season pass while I was at level 21 so I claimed the 10k cup from level 20 but after that I couldn’t claim any of the premium rewards from 21 onwards to 31 so I can’t get flashback ...

Lmao, a season pass is the simplest thing to develop and they can't even get that right. Who the **bleep** works at EA? Are these people not qualified?
