Can’t claim a majority of premium rewards on premium season pass

I just bought the season pass while I was at level 21 so I claimed the 10k cup from level 20 but after that I couldn’t claim any of the premium rewards from 21 onwards to 31 so I can’t get flashback ...

Hi Juistem89 and Nutty_Nexis,

can you confirm that even after restarting and logging out and back into UT, it's still showing negative SP and unable to claim some rewards?

Can you go into a bit more details and perhaps upload some screenshots as well, please?

At first i tap once the X button to claim the reward. That doesn’t works so i was holding X to claim all rewards. After that i didn’t receive anything but i couldn’t claim again beceause it’s was allready claimed. So i didn’t get my rewards from level 38/39.

i can make a screenshot but the only thing you’ll see is that my rewards were claimed.
