Can’t claim a majority of premium rewards on premium season pass

I just bought the season pass while I was at level 21 so I claimed the 10k cup from level 20 but after that I couldn’t claim any of the premium rewards from 21 onwards to 31 so I can’t get flashback ...

Hey folks,

our team tested this and got all rewards, even using the claim all function. This all seems working as intended.

CwizzGamez​ Please restart the game or log out and back into Ultimate Team and the -SP should disappear.

Nutty_Nexis​ I'd recommend contacting our live support team at EA Help to check your account in particular and what rewards you have received.
