Can’t claim a majority of premium rewards on premium season pass

I just bought the season pass while I was at level 21 so I claimed the 10k cup from level 20 but after that I couldn’t claim any of the premium rewards from 21 onwards to 31 so I can’t get flashback ...

I have just reached level 40 in the premium battle pass, and went to claim both Ribery & Ferran Torres. But once I clicked claim on Ribery nothing happened and he has not appeared in my club, but Ferran has.

I didnt click claim because I cant claim him.

I bought the season pass and I claimed Torres and every other reward but I cant claim ribert
