I just bought the season pass while I was at level 21 so I claimed the 10k cup from level 20 but after that I couldn’t claim any of the premium rewards from 21 onwards to 31 so I can’t get flashback Martinez it says I require -xp to get the rewards

unfortunately still no answers m8, i've even reached out to EA Help and created a case, in which they didn't respond to. Unless you count just filing it as resolved without any form of communication... I had little to no faith in EA and their support systems but this has officially made myself lose ALL MY RESPECT AND FAITH IN EA. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL ORGANISATION
It's happening to me right now. Absolutely unbelievable how bad EA are to their customers. Surely this is illegal? Charging us for something then not delivering it?
Player career won’t advance past 1 game so cannot claim sp points earned. Do EA not want people claiming the premium pass rewards this time round as player career contributes a lot of SP!! Last time I’m purchasing for sure, feels like theft to me
