I have the EXACT same issue. They used to let me sign in on my new account but now I don't get the option to do so. So now I can't play ultimate team at all or any online features. Hope someone knows what to do.

Hello. Can you explain this better? Where are you trying to log in and what is happening?
As you go into the game, it gives you the option to verify your log in, you press back and it would usually take you to a screen where you can log into another ea account. Now that feature has gone and can’t access online features
