Issue when trying to login to FC Ultimate Team Web App and the FC Companion App
I've been trying to log in to the FC Ultimate Team Web App and the FC Companion App since yesterday, but I keep receiving the following message: "Login Unavailable We're currently having trouble with login services. While we work on it, you can try to log in from your Console or PC to get the full Football Ultimate Team experience." I just started playing yesterday through Game Pass, using cloud gaming to play FC 25. I don’t know if that might be affecting access, but I haven’t played much Ultimate Team yet. I’ve tried logging in on both PC and mobile, using different networks (Wi-Fi and mobile data), but nothing works so far.Can't get into FC25 companion app
I've started playing FC25 today via Xbox Game Pass. On console everything work as they supposed to, I have no login issuses, I can connect to the servers, enter Ultimate Team and play online. My issue is that I have the companion app downloaded, but for some reason I can't log into my account. I enter my information, and the next error message appears: "Login Unavailable We're currently having trouble with login services. While we work on it, you can try to log in from your Console or PC to get the full Football Ultimate Team experience." After this message I only have the option to press "OK", an it takes me back to the login screen. I've also tried the web app, and the same problem occurs. I have 2FA enabled, it's not the issue, this problem appears after the verification. I've read the forum, and couldn't find someone else having the same issue, so I figured it's related to my account. I've used the application before in previous FIFA/FC games, and never had this problem before. What could be the issue, and what's the solution for it? Hello, I am trying to link my Xbox account to my EA account, but EA is not allowing me due to some placeholder email that EA has made for my account. The email domain that is linked for some reason is some @disabled.ea.com domain that I have never used or recognize at all. I am trying to unlink this from my EA account to be able to link my correct Xbox account; the Xbox account has the same email address as my current EA account (just not able to link them). I am getting the error of "We are currently having troubles with login services" when I try to login to the companion app. I tried clearing cache but that didn't help, and I also tried in multiple times of the day. I just got the game via Xbox Gamepass Ultimate, and I started yesterday.I HOPE SOMEONE SEES THIS
I got a problem on xbox app [pc] when i want to play on xbox app it says i need to verify myself on some random email the ea support isnt reposnd/ responded with a ban for "cheating" that i havent did just a random ban on another account that doesnt link to that xbox account, i have attached some pictures of the ea app
