Can’t recover quick sell

Question

Hello,I accidentally quick sold several high-rated players on April 13th around 11:00 PM on PlayStation 5.The players include:Blanc (ICON event version)Zola (ICON event version)Rodri (Gold version)And other high-rated players.I tried using the Quick Sell Recovery feature both on the Companion App and the Web App, but none of the players showed up.I am still within the 7-day window, and I have not used up my daily recoveries.Please help me recover these players.Thank you.

Did you try to check previous/next pages on same date or previous/next dates?
If you are still missing and within 7-days window then get in touch with EA help - https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/using-ea-help/

Thank you for your follow-up.I have thoroughly checked all the pages in the Quick Sell Recovery section multiple times, and I can confirm that I have never recovered any players before.Unfortunately, I have not been able to get any help or support from EA so far, and I do not understand why there are no clear support tickets or request options available for users.I have been trying very hard during this period to contact customer service or technical support, but I keep getting redirected to forums, and sometimes I receive a "page not found" error.What is the best solution in this case to recover the players I lost by mistake?
