Can’t open pack

I claimed my div rival rewards and opened a rare mega pack, inside the pack I gained a gold pack which I’m unable to claim, every time I try to claim it I get logged off ultimate team, this is happening for both web app and my PlayStation and I can’t open any packs even sbc packs because of the unclaimed items glitch.
