can i connect fc25 from ps4 to pc
if i play fc25 on ps4 can i play it on pc without buying just log in on the account?

As Keyboardmaster11 pointed out, if you want to play on another platform you'll need to buy the game again on that platform.
Also, just in case: FC 25 doesn't support cross progression. If you do buy the game on PC, you'll need to start with a fresh UT account. You won't be able to transfer your UT progress over.
