cannot access and finish rivals to get rewards

i cannot access to rivals.  i still need wins.  how EA does maintenance on the rivals end day?  Ea should compensate for the issue.  i fight through the horrible gameplay in the last days to get some rivals wins and EA even makes it impossible to get the rewards by shutting down the access.  

it s still a 100eur game!
