Cannot access objectives on EAFC25 Companion App

I have not purchased the full game as of writing this however I have had the companion app ever since the game has been released. Since then, I have completed countless objectives however am still unable to access objectives and claim them. What can I do

I have been having the same issue, tried changing the language, deleting and redownloading the app and logging out and back in, nothing worked and i raised two cases with EA, they resolved them both without actually helping
