I ended up uninstalling and redownloading and that worked for me.
A similar thing happened on my pc where every time I log in it says unable to connect and it says i have been banned for cheating when i have never done anything against the rules.
This happened to me an hour ago and I don’t know what to do as it says I got banned for something i don’t know what and no I’m not able to connect to the ea servers, how can ea ban me for supposedly cheating with no evidence and in the email they send it only says that I didn’t comply with the rules but I was literally just playing the game

you should be able to check if you’ve been banned through this link. It’ll have you login then you’ll be able to see if you’re banned. If you are, it should give you an option to contact EA. Hopefully you can discuss and solve.
At least you got an email. I’ve muddy not been able to play for 24 hours
