    I ended up uninstalling and redownloading and that worked for me.

Yh same got banned at 1am for nothing was just playing the game don’t know what to do know I’ve send them an email but idk what else to do

I think it might be a glitch a it happened at exactly 1am for me to when I did nothing wrong I recommend u try to email ea via the link on their thing cause I tried but they wont reply.
