Cannot start FC 25 due to Windows update

Question

I have a problem with starting the EA FC 25 game. I bought it yesterday and downloaded it immediately. When downloading is finished, when I try to start the game, a new tab pops up (I will leave the picture at the end) and says that my windows is not up to date, but when I looked for updates, I realised that there is no latest updates for my OS Windows 10 64-bit. Before buying the game I checked the the minimum requirements not 1, not 2, but 3 times and I am sure that I can run the game. Can someone please help me because it is a birthday gift for my son which is in 3 days?

That error can relate to an issue with the OS or some of the software you've installed. I scanned the OS like it said at your link but everythig is good. Do you have another solution to my problem. This is my PC specifications

Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 3400G with Radeon Vega Graphics 3.70 GHZ

RAM: 8GB

System type: 64-bit Operating system, x64-based processor

Graphic card: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050Ti

Try a new Windows admin account to see what happens there.
