Can't access store after pack purchase

I opened the seasonal supply pack but it won't let me redeem the TOTW pack. Everytime I click redeem I get the error "There was a problem connecting to the Football Ultimate Team servers. Please try again later." I cannot access the store or any of my rewards. I am experiencing the same issue on the mobile App. Please fix ASAP.
