Text BT on 61198 with the following message:
Hello, I'm having issues with my internet when playing EAFC25. I can see on the EA and BT forums that this is a known issue. Is there a timescale on this being fixed?
you’ll get a couple of responses back:

We have matched your request to an account.
We are now running some tests to see what might be causing a problem with your home phone or broadband service.
We will text you in the next 30 minutes with the results.

if you message them back with REFRESH then they will run a restart of your hub.
since I have done this I’ve had no issues.
