It's not. I've been kicked out twice in the past 30 mins in games. I've had to restart ps5 7 times and go in and out the app various times also. It is wholly unplayable and EA are refusing to compensate for people's time and money wasted
Again, this is not an issue on our end. It would probably best to wait until the ISP has resolved it before playing again. It would also be good to power cycle your network and console/PC if others are saying it's working now so that your cache is cleared.
Such a cop out. I've grinded to get into finals, paid for packs, now when I need a little bit of common sense and fairness as a customer I'm told "not our problem, don't play the game"
And one person, one, had said its fixed, which I've proved immediately it isn't as have hundreds of others. We've all power cycled network, we've all reinstalled the game yada yada. It's a problem that is only affecting your game, whether it's BT or not. Every disconnect when I'm winning comes back as a defeat. You could be totally reasonable about this.
