Can't find rush game with my friend

When I search for rush game with my friend, we can't find one and appears on screen (please try again), and this problem is happening only when join with him, anyone else I join with doesn't have this problem, also when we are 4 players and searching, this problem doesn't happen, also when I change my account and play with him, this problem doesn't happen, but I don't want another account because it would start with level 1, so the problem is happening in my account only, this happened only two days ago, before that, I were playing with him normally
