Can't leave Pro Club

I can't leave the Pro Club that I am in. I am the last one in and when I go to leave club I am met with "There was a problem with the EA server. Your request could not be completed".

I have had friends try and join. I can leave when someone else is manager but no one can leave if they are last in the club.
